ABOUT US

(Kayla International Montessori School was founded on 14^th September, 2015 by Rev. Dr Gabriel Ezeh. An educationist and a clinical psychologist who is too passionate about education and all round transformation of a child as to build and equip the child for a glorious future.

The school has directly been managed by a seasoned and competent educationist Mrs. Doris Ugwuoko (M.Ed). It is also interesting to note that the school has fulfilled all the requirements needed for accreditation and approval to run as after quality inspection by the ministry of Education, Nigeria.

The school which just started with just 7 pupils in which two pupils were under scholarship has grown from strength to strength recording outstanding excellence, performance and ever increasing impact.

Pupils have been furnished, revitalized, equipped, awarded series of scholarship and given platforms to grow and keep learning.

Seasoned, Qualified and Competent academic and non-academic staff have been properly screened, trained and recruited to fit and function effectively towards achieving the school vision and to raise a complete exceptional Kayla child.

The Head teacher, Mrs. Ezenwanne Amaka has been a great instrument and a proficient vessel caring out her duties with professionalism.

MEET MRS. DORIS UGWUOKO:I am Doris Ugwuoko (Mrs) B.Ed, M.Ed in Educational Management and Administration. As an educationist and a parent who has rooted experience in early childhood education and development, every child is intelligent, hence a healthy academic approach is adopted. Kayla International Montessori School has continued to stand tall and soar , it has continuously witnessing a tremendous growth in virtually all sphere and is currently recording high enrollment because of its unique formation in administration, dedicated, competent and passionate caring members of the staff . The school has continually keeps producing pupils who are high flyers, well academically tutored, morally nurtured and socially vibrant and emotionally stable.

The academic staff foster motivated learning environment for the pupils, by displaying enthusiasm and exceptional competence. We have been able to enhance our teaching methodologies by consistently participating in professional workshops where we get to experience hands on practical and quality trainings. Having understood that education sets the pace of an emerging society, we remain devoted to inculcating exceptional knowledge and moral conducts in the lives of our pupils. We are aware that each child is unique and possess different learning ability and so we often employ diverse and modern teaching methodology to accommodate and suit each child’s need.
